Bring Back The Tuck Shop

Do you want to be eating boring nutella sandwiches and unhealthy packets of chips that rot your teeth? I don't that's why I want to bring back the tuck shop.

The tuck shop was cheap, yummy and healthy but why did it go away? Why?

Do you want to be eating unhealthy packets of chips for the rest of your life? And the look of nutella sandwiches just look like smudged poo in two slices of bread? Do you want to teeth falling off by all those packets of chips? Do you want to get diabetes? Do you want to bigger than Fat Albert?

Your sitting in class stomachs rumbling, the bell goes then you got to look at your lunch box and all you've got is a butter sandwich and a packet of chips then you look at your friends lunch and he's got a healthy chicken sandwich and a yummy chocolate milk to wash it all down all from the tuck shop. Doesn't that make your mouth water like those kfc ads. We wouldn't just be saving the lives of the children we would be saving the parents lives too.  By giving their children healthy food to fill their stomachs instead of the unhealthy food their giving them now.

I know you think that healthy food is yuck,  but its not really. You can be getting chocolate milk that has the health  tick, nachos and pies also have the health tick. See healthy food also can be yummy food too. Think of it this way  our bodies are cars and they need fuel A.K.A food. If you feed your car the wrong fuel it will break down half way but if you feed it the right fuel it will go for miles. If you keep on eating fatty food you may get diabetes. Think about the community we could be helping someone get a job as being our tuck shop person.

Do you know that 79 percent of teachers in the united Kingdom say their students come to class hungry. 870 million people in the world do not have enough to eat wow thats more people thats more people than South America and North America combined. Under nutrition contributes to 2.5  million deaths of children under five. So many children come to school hungry and its not cool.

would you rather have a boring chocolate sandwich or a big healthy chicken sandwich. A disgusting chocolate biscuit or a yummy chocolate Ice-cream? I know which one I would chose.

Tuck shops help children have lunch for a cheaper price. If we have a tuck shop we would be saving hundreds of lives by filling their stomachs with healthy, delicious food.

Some food is expensive and some children come to school with nothing at all. If we had a tuck shop we would be saving hundreds of lives including parents lives too. If we don’t do this children will keep coming to school with no food and could be in danger. Their bones wouldn't get strong. Food is fuel and without food they have no fuel and without fuel kids won’t be able to focus in class.  So If we had a tuck shop we would be saving the kids lives, the parents lives, and the teachers lives, because kids will be focused in class more will a full stomach.
